Honestly, I have nothing but positive things to say about this service. I called on a very busy weekend knowing it would be hard to have someone come in and fix my clogged drain as well as help me with a leak. 24 Hour Emergency was the only service that got back to me in a timely manner and gave me realistic estimates, both price wise and service time wise. Hopefully I have no more plumbing issues, but if I did again I would use them again, without a doubt.

My Main drain line was backed up, I called at almost 10 pm last night and Rob was here at 11pm. The office was very attentive and Rob was professional. Pricing was affordable, and although the situation was annoying for me the experience with the company was amazing. This company is amazing!! On a Sunday night my elderly parent calls to tell me that her toilet has not been working since last night and the Coop superintendent has not returned any of her calls. My Mom is in her Eighties and is determined to remain independent, so when so calls me it's bad. The plumbers arrived within the hour and quickly resolved the issue. Fast, Effective, Courteous, and Professional. HIGHLY recommend.

Rob just left my home, it took him hours to come, as he had so many calls before me. I must say, he did his thing. He was here for two hours, so I had to tip him well. It was well worth the money. He professional, respectful and has alot of integrity. I recommend his to anyone.

This company was lightening fast and very efficient. I called them at 1pm and by 6pm that same day my water heater was installed. Highly recommended company
