Candace was very helpful and responsive — diagnosing the problem on the phone, acting quickly to make sure a new tank could be secured that evening, providing an exact price quote for the installation and water removal, and frequent updates on the status of the arrival of her and her crew. The new water tank was installed, the old removed and the water cleaned up that evening. Brian is a knowledgeable and skilled master plumber.
